Placement of Order
1. If you wish to make a purchase, kindly leave a comment stating the item’s name and your email address.
2. If the item is available, we will send an invoice within 24 hours of your comment via the email address that has been stated by you.
3. The item will be reserved for 24 hours while pending for payment.
4. Efffclub had the right to reject a transaction at our own discretion.
Payment
1. We accept POSB/DBS/UOB atm/ibanking transfers
2. Payment should be made within 24 hours of us emailing you the invoice.
3. Payment can be made through Internet Banking or fund transfers through ATMs.
4. Please include a snapshot of your transaction receipt if you choose to make your payment via ATMs. Kindly email the snapshot to us by replying to the email address that we use in sending you the invoice.
Delivery
1. There will be a charge of $1.50 for the first item and $0.50 for subsequent items for postage.
2. Please add an additional $2.24 (Additional Items: $0.50 each.) on top of normal postage charges if you wish us to send you your item by registered mail.
3. We would not be held liable for the damage or lost of any items that we have sent using normal mail (Thus, it is always advisable to opt for Registered Post).
Exchange
1. We would do an exchange for defective items within 7 days of mailing out. If the same item is not available, exchange will be made.
2. We would not accept items that are used or washed.
